IEEE DySPAN 2010 FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

IMPORTANT DATES:
Acceptance notification:    10 January 2010
Final camera ready copy:   01 February 2010

NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.

All accepted papers must be prepared as indicated below and final camera ready versions uploaded to IEEE Conference eXpress by 1 February 2010 in order for them to be published in the proceedings. 

Critical:  Failure to comply with all the required elements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference records.

It is important for all IEEE authors to recognize that plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences.

INSTRUCTIONS

REVISE YOUR PAPERS.
Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising your final paper.  When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and proofread it.  It is advisable to review IEEE formatting requirements.

REMINDER ABOUT NUMBER OF PAGES:
The maximum page length for DySPAN 2010 papers 12 pages, including figures, tables and references except for the demos papers which are 2 pages.
(IEEE double column standard format, Times Roman 10pt font).

          You will need the following to upload your source file.

                        ●Conference ID: Useىdyspan10 for this conference.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

FOR THOSE AUTHORS WHO WANT TO REQUEST VISA ASSISTANCE FROM COMSOC:

Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into the United Statesif needed. ى

Such arrangements are the responsibility of authors and other participants and may take up to a few months.

VISA ASSISTANCE LETTERS from ComSoc can be generated by the EDAS system:

  • Log into EDAS site, and find your paper.
  • Toward the bottom of the page, you will find in the properties column the words visa letter, and beside it, an image of an envelope outlined in yellow.
  • Click on this envelope, and you will be able to confirm or change your address information reflected in the letter.
  • Then the system will generate the letter for your use.
